Read the SunbirdFX review and know why we put this broker on the list of scam brokers.

SunbirdFX is a forex and CFD broker. SunbirdFX was established in 2005. They entered the online trading field in 2010. The brand SunbirdFX is owned and operated by Spring Strategies Ltd. in the Commonwealth of Dominica. Its location is 106 Premier Building, Victoria, Mahe, Seychelles, but it claims to be based in London, the UK, which is untrue. Read the SunbirdFX review to learn more about the broker.

SunbirdFX Review: Regulation Status

This scam broker uses fake addresses so that interested traders believe that the company is regulated in the UK. The company is supposed to be regulated by Seychelles regulating authority, the International Financial Market Relations Regulation Center (IFMRRC), in the past. But at this stage, the broker does not seem to be regulated by any financial governmental body.

Lack of regulation is a serious drawback for many traders, as clients are not compensated if anything goes wrong with the broker or the company. There is no client protection measure. And to top it off, the forex and cryptocurrency markets are very volatile.

SunbirdFX Review: Customer Support

Support methods are call-back, email, live chat, phone, and online web form. There are complaints that the customer support is not satisfactory. SunbirdFX employees do not pick up the phone. Reply to email takes nearly two days to come. This lack of adequate customer support is a problem for those traders who need to resolve pressing issues that affect their trade.

Customer support is offered 24 hours x 5 days a week (Mon to Fri), in English, Russian, Spanish, Italian, French, Lithuanian, and Arabic.
